The World of Choral Music
Program Notes
For children of all ages, featuring songs that mimic the sounds of frogs, birds and other creatures Conceived as a means to bring choral music to a younger audience, this concert was supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council. The music was light and fun, with instrumental assistance from Elizabeth Green, piano, Greg Sands, saxophone, and Irving Steinberg, bass. The concert featured world premiere performances of works by Berklee College of Music composer Dennis Leclaire and CMS music director Raymond E. Fahrner. Sunday, June 5, 1994
